It is possible to go either up or down multiple VIP levels in a single month. VIP Levels are calculated and upgraded on the 1st of every month. Player VIP levels can only be upgraded after playing one full calendar month; for example, if a player signs up and starts playing on the 15th of January, their VIP Level is not calculated in February, but in March — after a full calendar month (Februrary) has been played.
